Spas are constructed from high quality vinyl ester resin and fiberglass. The finish is a high gloss, smooth gel coat finish. Spas are self supporting whether recessed in the ground or supported by the steel base for an "on-deck" installation.
The Spa is hand laminated in one piece including skimmer, main and sub drains, all jet fittings, light shell and handrail sockets. This eliminates leak and lamination problems associated with cutting in fittings, drains and skimmers.
The system features automatic water fill to insure correct water level or an over-the-rim fill spout depending on codes.
Each Spa System is manufactured and assembled to each individual order and per health department code requirements.
Spas may be RECESSED in a sand bed or installed ON-DECK on a concrete slab, totally supported by a 3" galvanized steel base.
The coping or lip may vary from 1" to 3" above the finish deck to provide a handhold and deck barriar. This allows for varying deck heights when final deck drain elevation is not firm. A few states require the spa to be flush with the deck.
The ETL approved Equipment Package is built to meet building and health department codes.
Equipment Package components are UL or NSF listed.
Systems are located in all states as well as overseas - from Russia to Australia. They are also located on military bases and cruise ships.
Systems can be designed to meet special requirements such as voltage and cycle needs as well as special filtration or heating requirements.
Upon receipt of drawings, we can provide the layout of utility requirements and locations, spa piping and equipment room layout.
